At Stellar Event Rentals, we view flexibility as a building block to customer satisfaction.
We understand that our clients can't always do their event planning during normal business hours. We are happy to schedule evening or weekend consultations for our clients that are not available during our regular business hours.
When it comes to the installation and removal of your event equipment order, we do our very best to stay flexible. Most orders are delivered a day in advance. It's our goal to meet our client's scheduling need while avoiding additional charges related to timing. Orders that require installation and/or removal outside of normal business hours are subject to after hours charges, but we will work with the client to minimize these charges.
